Catherine grew up in Toms River, New Jersey, where a lifelong love of sports sparked her passion for physical therapy. After competing in varsity soccer throughout high school and at the collegiate level, two ACL surgeries inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover and return to the activities they love.

Her journey in physical therapy began as a PT technician and office coordinator before becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2009. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas, in 2021. Catherine has experience across a wide range of settings, including outpatient orthopedics and sports, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, military, and pediatrics.

Catherine is passionate about returning to outpatient sports and orthopedic care, where she enjoys combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals. She is certified as a Performance Specialist and is currently expanding her skills through dry needling training. She believes in a "test, treat, retest" approach to ensure every intervention is making a meaningful difference.

Outside the clinic, Catherine enjoys traveling (she's visited nearly all 50 states), fishing, softball, yoga, reformer Pilates, camping, road trips, and spending time outdoors with her fiancé.
