I grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I spent most of my childhood involved in sports. At any given time, I was typically playing 2–4 sports, with softball and soccer becoming my primary focus. After experiencing multiple injuries throughout my athletic career, I eventually concentrated solely on softball and went on to play collegiately at Black Hills State University, graduating in 2015. I later earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2018.

Following graduation, I practiced outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Puyallup, Washington for several years before relocating to northern Colorado, where I continued working in outpatient orthopedics. After moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming, I chose to step away from clinical practice for a period of time to focus on raising my two young children.

Now, I’m excited to be returning to the profession and re-entering clinical practice with Atlas.

I am deeply committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care and prioritize continuing education to ensure my treatment approach remains current and effective. My professional passions are heavily influenced by my own experiences as an athlete and include sports rehabilitation, performance-based care, and women’s health. I plan to pursue specialization in pelvic health physical therapy beginning in 2027.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. My husband, two children, and two huskies keep life busy and fun. We love camping, traveling, and staying active together. Personally, I am currently training for HYROX and strongly believe in practicing what I preach—I strive to train myself with the same dedication and consistency I encourage in my patients.
