Born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming, Cailin earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2016 and graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City in 2018. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018 and spent five years working at a top-rated spa before transitioning into private practice.

Her passion for massage therapy began through her background as a competitive figure skater and coach. Seeing hockey teammates recover from injuries and improve their performance through massage sparked her interest in the profession, while her own experiences navigating chronic illness deepened her understanding of the importance of individualized, compassionate care.

Today, she takes a personalized approach to massage therapy, tailoring each session to the individual’s goals and needs. Her services include relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, focused/spot treatment, trigger point therapy, lymphatic massage, cranial techniques, and prenatal massage.

Hot stones and cupping are also available with select services when appropriate. These modalities are not used during prenatal massage or for clients with certain cardiovascular conditions due to their potential effects on circulation and blood pressure.
